Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our fast-growing and innovative team. The Digital Marketing Director will be required to have excellent leadership skills, a proven record of effective campaign and budget management, and in-depth knowledge of all digital tools, platforms, and marketing channels (Search, Social Media,Content, Email, and Display, etc.).

The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for building and managing the digital marketing team, and leading all digital marketing initiatives from campaign strategy and ideation to execution, measurement and optimization.

Additional responsibilities include developing out-of-the-box strategies to increase brand awareness, producing reports and presentations, liaising with clients and stakeholders, approving projects, and coordinating with designers, marketers, and copywriters - ensuring all digital efforts are integrated with relevant company functions to achieve company and client objectives.

Digital Marketing Director duties and responsibilities

● Develop overall digital marketing strategies for the agency and our clients - and see-through campaign implementation and optimization

● Build, lead and manage a team of Digital Marketing Managers/Executives

● Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring digital marketing campaign and organizational objectives are met

● Work jointly with the client’s team to achieve brand-creative alignment.

● Source for and work closely with vendors to ensure the digital marketing objectives and strategies are accomplished

● Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge

● Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders including sales & marketing teams, as well as project managers to ensure all digital efforts are fully synced up

Digital Marketing Director requirements

● Degree in Marketing or related field

● 4+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Director or Manager role in an agency environment or a service based B2B business

● 5+ years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

● Experience with, and a fundamental understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms

● Proven results in effective campaign management and implementation leading to achieving set target objectives

We’re seeking an experienced accountant to oversee this team in the role of controller. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as an accountant, preferably in a senior role. As a strong communicator and skilled financial analyst, you will make it your mission to streamline our budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting processes. You will produce thorough financial-status reports for senior management to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth.

The controller position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company. This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.

The controller is also responsible for enhancing the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.

The scope of the controller position is much larger in a small business, where the position is also responsible for cash management and risk management.

Your responsibilities:

● Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and entering transactions.

● Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

● Maintains general ledger by preparing trial balance and reconciling entries.

● Prepares financial reports key to business growth, sales forecasts, commission tracking, monthly P&L, etc.

● Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

● Prepares monthly budget-to-actual cost analysis.

● Assists with annual audit, tax returns, and other regulatory filing requirements.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Web Designer to join our fast-growing marketing agency. You must exhibit advanced knowledge in the design, development, and maintenance of responsive websites and applications, all of which will be utilized as a part of our brand and client’s overall marketing strategy. You’ll provide advanced strategic support to marketing management to meet all design and marketing goals, and offer guidance and support to junior design personnel. As an Account Manager at ONE400, your role is at the center of all of our client's projects and is a critical position as you will be the primary contact for assigned clients.
