Your responsibilities:

As a strong communicator and skilled financial analyst, you will make it your mission to streamline our budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting processes. You will produce thorough financial-status reports for senior management to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth. The controller position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company. General Description

The ideal candidate will be able to create and nurture long-term relationships with our clients and have the ability to keep our deliverables in line with the client’s desired business outcome. Key responsibilities shall include:

  • Manage key accounts and facilitate growth for our client’s businesses
  • Develop project strategies with the client.
  • Conduct client check in meetings to go over marketing data, optimize strategies and pivot priorities where necessary
  • Identify, evaluate, and document new potential opportunities with our clients
  • Prepare and present technical presentations for high stakes client meetings
  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and during client visits

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency account management role.

  • Experience selling services directly to the legal industry with direct interaction with mid-level and executive-level decision-makers
  • Experience working in a multi-national organization; able to work autonomously
  • Dynamic personality focused on results
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership/management development, performance management, and change management
  • A blend of strategic and operational expertise and a record of accomplishment demonstrating leadership in diverse, fast-changing environments and delivering strong operational results

Senior Account Manager - Job Description

As a result of our company's growth, we are seeking to add an experienced and self-driven Senior Account Manager to our agency team! As a Senior Account Manager at ONE400, you will be responsible for anywhere from 10-15 client relationships. Your main duties will be to: 1) develop and manage marketing strategies for those clients and help them achieve their goals, 2) be the link between our clients and our internal creative and project fulfillment teams, and 3) you will be responsible for proposing, presenting, and closing contracts for additional services for your clients when appropriate. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build strong, sustained long-term relationships with clients
  • Investigate and determine client wants and needs

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required

  • 3-5 years of experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • At least 3 years of experience doing legal marketing strategy for a law firm or legal tech company.
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology, social media platforms (certification preferred or willing to obtain quickly)
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of HubSpot, Salesforce, Active Campaign, other CRM platforms
  • Experience working with Hive, Teamwork Project, Asana, or other project management solutions
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the website development process; work experience with WordPress highly desired
