At ONE400, producers sit at the center of all digital projects. They serve a critical and important role as they are the primary contact between client and internal team members. Producers have intimate working knowledge of all project specifics and are responsible for maintaining project schedules, budgets, resources, priorities, and expectations.

Digital producers will be responsible for making sure that our clients have an amazing experience when working with ONE400. Description

As Account Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Client Relations. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing and new clients. That means that you will truly understand their business needs, who they serve and what we need to do as a team to help them accomplish their goals. You will also be responsible for acquiring information that we need to execute against the deliverables we need to get back to them. Additionally, when the fulfillment team has deliverables to provide our client, you will be the final step in the quality monitoring and only send items to the client when you are confident that they meet the standards set out by our organization. You are the client advocate and will take pride in delivering to them only the best work ONE400 can produce.

As a ONE400 Account Coordinator, it will be your job to work with the project team to make sure that client requests are started and finished on time, within budget and according to the ONE400 quality standards. To succeed in this role, you must be able and willing to follow up relentlessly with our busy clients to acquire all of the assets we need to push their projects forward. You must also be amazingly organized and very line item driven. We do not micromanage here at ONE400 but we expect that with the responsibility and autonomy you are given, that you are able to deliver the results that our clients deserve.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years experience in working at a creative agency
  • History of successful implementation of design and marketing projects
  • Baccalaureate degree (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to speak with clients who are senior executives and substantially experienced professionals
  • Balanced marketing/sales background
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and multiple deliverables at once
  • Strong technical understanding (not coding, but we are a law innovation agency so you should know and understand terms like API, funnels, SEO, KPI’s, etc.)

Senior Developer

We are looking for a developer with 3+ years of experience and strong Ruby, Python and PHP skills to assist in completing an application feature and to assist with various other projects. Experience with a Javascript framework such as React is a plus. While you will be working with a U.S. based team of developers, this is a remote work assignment.
