Prior to joining ONE400, Todd held executive level marketing positions at LegalShield, Photobucket, Nixplay and Gooten, and has worked with a wide variety of high-profile clients throughout his career including National Geographic, Verizon Wireless, Samsung, Costco, WeWork, OfficeDepot, Berklee College of Music, Webroot Software and the U.S. Postal Service.

At LegalShield, Todd served as Head of Growth Marketing and President, Director of Consumer, leading his team to grow the business 175% to eight-figure ARR and a 32% CAGR in just three years. During this time, he developed a deep passion for the legal services industry, working closely with law firms across all 50 U.S. states and nearly every Canadian province and territory.

Natalie is the Head of Content at ONE400. She has worked in digital and content marketing for over five years and loves creating content that drives results. She brings a creative spark to her role and is passionate about writing and storytelling. She loves writing short stories and poems, and likes to weave her passion for writing into crafting engaging content that helps companies thrive and grow. Outside of the office, Natalie loves long distance running, reading fiction (she loves Stephen King), being outdoors, and attending poetry readings.

Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, I grew up with a assortment of career aspirations. As a child, my dreams changed between becoming a marine biologist, an actor, and a lawyer. Each aspiration held its unique appeal, but it was my exposure to the world of immigration law that truly set the course of my future.

Nowadays, I’m a lawyer in Mexico. My job at a law firm is focused on assisting people in their pursuit of justice. This path led me to join ONE400, where I serve as an automation consultant. In this role, I assist law firms in discovering innovative and efficient methods of operation, enabling them to provide top-notch services to their clients.

I’m a web developer with over ten years of experience, passionate about creating cool digital stuff. I love keeping up with the latest tech trends and always strive to improve my skills.

Allen Rodriguez is a national speaker, product development strategist and legal innovator who has been serving the legal industry for 19 years. Over the course of his career, Allen has built a reputation for creating innovative legal services products as well as developing highly effective law firm business models and marketing strategies. Allen is a valued speaker on the topics of legal services product development, design thinking in law and future of law issues. He has provided consulting and engineering services for such companies as McKinsey & Co., Fastcase, Gavelytics, , LexisNexis, and Littler.

Prior to founding ONE400, Allen was the Director of Attorney Services at LegalZoom. While there, his work contributed to a substantial portion of overall revenue at the company and helped LegalZoom move from a provider of “do-it-yourself” legal services to a comprehensive legal solutions provider, incorporating attorney-fulfilled work across all U.S. jurisdictions. Allen’s immersion in the legal industry began running operations at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral Service. While there, his marketing knowledge, operational developments, and leadership helped generate millions of dollars in revenue for the association.
