Our hosting services do not include the costs of development; should a modification request necessitate the involvement of our Software Developers, it will be considered beyond the purview of this agreement and subject to a billable hourly rate.
Your designated Project Manager or Account Manager will furnish you with an estimated timeline for completing your request and the corresponding fee. Upon your endorsement of the supplementary fee, a new work order with the requisite particulars and an invoice will be provided to you.
We understand that website issues can arise from time to time, and we’re here to help. Please be aware that if the issue is caused by an error on your end, we’ll do our best to help you restore your website. However, if the problem requires additional development work, we will charge an extra fee for the necessary repairs.

A simple content edit is a minor website update that does not require design changes, custom development, or layout modifications. Generally, it involves a single page (unless related to a global element, such as a header or footer component), and must be a change that can be completed via the WordPress admin panel and without the need of a developer.
Each individual item counts as one (1) edit, even if multiple items are submitted within a single request.
The following requests fall outside of standard hosting edits and are considered development or custom work:
